We are very well aware that once a person finds themselves or a loved one in need of our services due to the misfortune of having been arrested for any reason, their first and foremost priority is to secure their release (get them out of jail) as quickly as possible.
It’s very important for each and every client that obtains our services to fully understand that our company and staff while serving as your Bail Agent does not pre-judge anyone. We do not ask or inquire as to the circumstances surrounding your case or charges that have been alleged by law enforcement officials. Please be advised that we ARE NOT the judge nor the jury that will hear and try your case. Our primary responsibility to the respective court is to ensure that the person we post an appearance bond for appears at any and all required court appearances until their case and alleged charges have been properly disposed of by the court. We are always here for our clients, regardless of how difficult your particular case or situation may be.
