Our company currently has access to Bail Bond Agents in 41 states nationwide. We utilize the same process for obtaining and securing the release of a person outside of the state of Florida in the same manner as we do within Florida. We work in conjunction with our Insurance Company to locate and obtain the services of a Bail Agent that is authorized to write bail in the county and state where the person(s) are incarcerated and this process is also referred to as a "Transfer Bond". The fees and costs that are incurred on bonds written outside of Florida vary depending on the particular state in question. It would be too confusing to attempt to describe how states vary, as well as the fees and costs associated for each state with regard to having a bond posted for a client. It is important to know that not all states have Bail Bond Agents, as they do not recognize Commercial or Surety Bail. We will address this as well as what your options are should this be the case in your given situation.
