Our Services

We are here to post bail for anyone that we can if and when they find themselves in such an unfortunate situation. It’s vital for a person to be released from jail as quickly as possible so that they can rejoin their families and assist their attorney in preparing to defend their case.

We write ALL bonds……….large or small, State & Federal. No bond is too large or too small. We feel it’s important to be in business to help those that need us and not to just make a quick dollar. Please understand that we are not able to help everyone that asks us to. Credentials and qualifications must be met and verified to be financially responsible for a bond. If they can’t be, sadly we must decline to write the bond.

If you, a friend or loved one has a warrant, we ask that you give us a call so we can verify the warrant information for you. We will explain what will be required to post the bond and how using Rapid Intake can make the entire booking and bonding process so much more convenient for ALL parties.

You should be aware of what the proper bail bond rates are in Florida:
Bond amount:
$00 up to $1,000.00: Minimum of $100.00
$1,000.00 and up regardless of amount: 10% of the total bond amount
NOTE: A bond amount MUST be set for each charge/offense and a separate bond must be written for each charge/offense. RE: FSS 903.02 (4)

We offer credit or payment arrangements to those that do not have the full bond premium at the time the bond(s) are written. We ask that a down payment be made, then we require weekly or bi-weekly payments be made until the premium is paid in full. We are NOT permitted to charge additional fees or interest to post bail for anyone.

We can arrange to have a bond written anywhere in the State of Florida. We have nationwide contacts available as well. If you live locally but have someone in jail in another county or state, give us a call and we will be glad to see if we have an associate in that area to assist you. Please be advised that when a bond is written of this nature (Transfer Bond) there will be additional charges and fees incurred. But again; all states, counties, parishes and municipalities vary so no two places will be the same. We will make sure that all of this is explained in detail before you agree to ask that we have the bond(s) written.

No two bonds, warrants or arrests are the same. Each and every situation is different and must be treated as such. If you or someone you want to help is in jail or has a warrant, please give us a call so we can discuss your options and see if we can be of service to you.

We are your WAY out and our ‘”Word is our Bond”. We have been in business for over 56 years and plan on being here for many years to come. Please call us if and when you need us. We truly appreciate your time and consideration.
